John King has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985.  He has earned a reputation for integrity and client service while being involved in all facets of brokering the sale and leasing of commercial buildings and space, commercially zoned land and the sale of various businesses. He has completed deals with AT&T, Wachovia,  TD Bank, Hewlett Packard,  Mass General Hospital, Boston University, Shaw’s, Super Value, Applebee’s, and the US Postal Service.   John was responsible for the disposition of a $240,000,000 investment portfolio for a leading New England financial institution.  He currently represents high net worth individuals, corporations and institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties throughout the Northeast.  He has served on several boards and committees including, Boy’s Clubs of America, Rotary, Make- A- Wish. John has a BA in Business from University of Miami, Fl.
